11/23/20 - Part three: Intro to Budgets and Finance
Part three will explore types of funds and taxes, bill paying and other processes, purchasing and disposing of municipal property, budget basics and much more.

11/30/20 - Part four: Other Duties as Assigned
Part four will explore planning and zoning, code administration, risk management, personnel, social media and much more.

12/7/20 - Part five: Best Practices
Part five will explore managing complaints, working with elected officials, planning for absenses and redundancy, organization tips and much more.
