While Pennsylvania's Right to Know Law is not a "confidentiality law", there are several other statutes that remove any discretion that the agency has for releasing documents. This session discusses the more common laws that municipalities may encounter that could result in denying a request for records. Presenter George Spiess, Chief of Outreach and Training with the PA Office of Open Records will also provide an update and review of recent rulings from the OOR.
