This two™-day program will provide municipal officials, managers, police personnel and solicitors with guidance on current laws and changes. Here are topics that have been offered at past conferences: Who is in Charge? Local Police Department Supervision, Human Trafficking and Effective Law Enforcement Responses, Reasonable Use of Force and De Escalation, Review of Recent Court Decisions that affect your operations. The Ethics Commission and the Office of Open Records are always invited and ready to answer your questions as well.
