Municipalities face a wide range of planning and zoning related issues (affordable and attainable housing, Stormwater Management, short term rentals, Solar Farms, etc.,) that they attempt to regulate through a range of MPC enabled tools. TCRPC has created the Planning toolkit that offers a wide variety of resources (Fact Sheets, Model Ordinances) that can be used as a tool by municipalities to better regulate a wide range of topics. During this session, participants will get the opportunity to learn how the toolkit was created and get a broad overview of what is included in the TCRPC Planning Toolkit.Steven B.
